SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping
All orders within Australia are sent via courier or tracked post. Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed, packaged and dispatched after placing your order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns
We accept returns for a full store credit on full priced items (minus the shipping fee) subject to the following conditions:

  • Orders must be returned to the address supplied within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unwashed, unused, and in their original condition

  • Product must be packaged and returned in the drawstring bag included

If you have met the above criteria, please email hello@sundaylivingco.com and we will happily organise your store credit once we have received the returned item.

Please note sale items (including orders placed with a discount code) are not eligible for returns.

All return/exchange items are to be sent at the buyer's expense. We recommend using tracking and insurance on your items as we are unable to take any liability for items lost or damaged in transit.

Faulty Items
We inspect all items thoroughly before sending to customers. However, if an item arrives in a faulty condition, we kindly ask for you to notify us via email within 7 days of receiving your order and we will take the appropriate measures of replacing the product where suitable.
