Hello! This is us - the family you are supporting behind Sunday Living Co.

In the midst of lockdowns in 2021, I was searching for the perfect picnic rug that would suit me and my little family. Little did I know it would be so hard to find exactly what I was after - a rug that was big enough for the whole family, water resistant and easy to clean (ideally machine washable), and most of all, in neutral/earthy designs and colours that weren’t crazy loud.

With no luck finding what I was after, the idea for Sunday Living Co was planted. I sat on the idea for a while and finally took the plunge in 2022 to create what I had been looking for.

Sunday Living Co is an extension of everything me and my family love - warm sunny days spent by the sea, gathering with friends and family outdoors over good food and conversation, balmy evenings and slow living.

Our rugs are beautiful but practical - with three layers, they are water resistant on the top and bottom, with a soft cotton silk filling inside. This makes them soft to sit on, easy to clean and versatile to use on any surface like sand or grass. Each rug comes with a drawstring bag, which means you can simply fold the rug any way you like and store for next time.
